Want to feel more balanced, joyful and confident while parenting?

This program will guide you through the basics of starting a personal mindfulness program and help you, step by step, to apply what is learned to the relationships within the immediate family unit.


Week 1: Mindfulness and You

Discover what exactly mindfulness is and how its benefits are a parenting essential.


Week 2: Beginning The Journey

Learn and practice the basic techniques that will sustain you in your daily practice. 


Week 3: The Importance of the Anchor

Learn about what mindfulness anchors are and how to use them to keep your cool in the most challenging of situations.


Week 4: The Power of Our Thoughts

Learn about how our thoughts greatly influence how we perceive out world, and how we can use simple techniques to transform how we think and transform our own reality in the process.


Week 5: Parenting and Emotions

Practice using the techniques learned so far in example situations that could arise in any family in pairs or small groups.


Week 6: Emotions and Self-Compassion

Learn how to calm the inner critic through learning techniques for increasing your own self-compassion.


Week 7: More on Self-Compassion

Learn 5 steps for how to deal with challenging situations with the same openness that we feel when we are happy and content.


Week 8: Putting It All Together

A full review of what you have learned and practiced throughout the program, as well as a final Q&A session.
