Meet Traci Mausolf

Mindfulness Coach

Hi, I’m Traci — teacher, mindfulness coach, and founder of Thrive With Mindfulness.

I created this space out of something very real: the deep desire to feel connected. To ourselves. To each other. To nature.

For years, I worked in schools in the U.S. and Germany — teaching, parenting, and witnessing just how much people, especially those far from home, are carrying every day. I saw it in my students, their families, my colleagues — and in myself.

Living abroad can be beautiful, yes — but also lonely, disorienting, and overwhelming. Especially when you're navigating life in another language and culture while trying to stay grounded in who you are.

Being married to a German gave me insight into the local culture, too. And while I was warmly welcomed, I found it surprisingly difficult to build close friendships. What helped me bridge that gap was mindfulness — not as a quick fix, but as a path inward. I learned that before I could connect with anyone else, I first had to connect with and feel at peace with myself.

I also learned (the hard way) that pushing through wasn’t the answer. After two hospital stays and years of burnout, I chose a different path — one of slowing down, listening inward, and finding new ways to feel at home in my body, my life, and my surroundings.

That’s where mindfulness came in. It wasn’t a quick fix — it was a gentle return to myself. Step by step, I simplified my days, softened the inner critic, and learned how to live in a way that felt sustainable and real. And I saw that when we feel safe, supported, and seen, we naturally begin to thrive.

Now, I guide others — expats and locals alike — toward the same kind of reconnection. Through mindfulness coaching, creative nature-based workshops, and meaningful English language support, I offer people of all genders a place to show up just as they are.

Because I believe transformation doesn’t have to be loud, dramatic, or performative. It can be quiet. Gentle. Rooted in small, consistent choices that lead you back to who you’ve always been.

This work isn’t about fixing you — it’s about helping you remember that you already belong.

My Mission

Thrive With Mindfulness is a space to reconnect — with yourself, others, and the world around you. Whether you're learning English, attending a garden Event, or exploring mindfulness, you’re invited to grow at your own pace.

  • I believe that life isn’t meant to be rushed through. It's meant to be lived — with intention, connection, and care.

  • My mission is to create a welcoming space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves and others, and experience language as a bridge — not just to communication, but to understanding and belonging.

  • I bring together mindfulness, nature-based creativity, and heart-centered English coaching to support your growth — whether you're learning to speak with more confidence or simply longing to breathe a little deeper.

What I Stand For

  • Connection. Simplicity. Wholeness.

  • I believe that real change starts with presence — with slowing down enough to hear your own voice, to connect with others in meaningful ways, and to remember that you're part of something bigger.

  • I stand for a more mindful, more connected world — one where growth doesn’t have to be forced, and healing doesn’t have to be rushed.

  • I believe in the power of small moments:
      - A quiet walk through the woods.
      - A conversation that makes you feel seen.
      - Learning a new word that helps you express something     you’ve always felt.

  • Whether I’m guiding a mindfulness practice, leading a creative workshop in the garden, or supporting someone in finding confidence with their English — my approach is always grounded in kindness, curiosity, and care.

  • I don’t believe in perfection. I believe in showing up — as you are.

  • This space was created to help you reconnect:
     -  To yourself.
     -  To others.
      - To the natural world.
     -  And to the language that helps you bring your inner world to life.

  • Everything I offer through Thrive With Mindfulness is rooted in that intention.
