WELCOME TO THRIVE WITH MINDFULNESS
Register for Relax, Connect, & Thrive - Our FREE monthly meetup.
We meet on the first Tuesday of every month from 7PM - 8PM CET.
You can expect:
- to meet other heart-centered women and begin building the foundations of genuine friendships.
- to enjoy the safe space where you can relax and just be yourself.
- to feel the mutual energy of group mindfulness practice.
No experience required - you'll be guided and supported every step of the way!
Can you relate?
- You’re the one people come to for advice, a listening ear, or a calming presence. You carry a lot — often without showing it — and while you wouldn’t change your caring nature, you wish there were more space just for you.
- Do you sometimes feel distant from yourself or others — even when you’re surrounded by people? You long for deeper connection but aren’t sure how to create it.
- You’re tired. Not just physically, but emotionally. The constant pressure to be productive, helpful, or “on” has left little room to truly rest.
- Life moves fast, and you’re doing your best to keep up. But somewhere deep down, you wonder what it would feel like to slow down — without falling behind.
- Have you relocated or started over in a new place? You’re doing all the “right” things, but still feel like you’re on the outside looking in. You miss the ease of belonging.
- You know what you want to say, but the words don’t always come out the way you want — especially in another language. You want to express yourself clearly, but confidence is hard to come by.
- You feel a pull toward something new — maybe mindfulness, maybe finding your voice in English, maybe reconnecting with nature — but you're not sure how or where to start.
If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
You're exactly where you need to be — and you’re warmly invited to begin, in your own way, and at your own pace.
My Approach
Slow. Connected. Real.
At Thrive With Mindfulness, the path isn’t about fixing yourself — it’s about coming home to yourself.
Whether you're practicing mindfulness, learning English, or simply craving a moment to breathe and reconnect, this is a space where you're invited to grow at your own pace. No pressure. No performance. Just presence.
Mindfulness in Everyday Life
You won’t find rigid routines or silent retreats here. Instead, I offer simple practices that help you land in the moment — wherever you are. Whether it's noticing the light on a leaf or pausing before you speak, mindfulness becomes part of daily life, not something else on your to-do list.
Rooted in Nature
The surrounding area and the garden, which I call 'The Butterfly Garden', is more than a backdrop — it's a teacher. From herbal projects to quiet walks, time spent outdoors supports your nervous system, awakens your senses, and reminds you that you already belong.
Meaningful Language, Without Pressure
Language is connection. Through low-pressure English conversations and playful curiosity, you’ll build the confidence to express yourself with ease — in your own words, your own way. No grammar books, no judgment. Just real conversations.
Community You Can Trust
You don’t have to go it alone. I create space for people who are seeking something more grounded, more honest, more human. Together, we build community — where everyone feels seen, heard, and welcome.
Creative Expression
Sometimes, healing begins with a paintbrush, a journal, or your hands in the soil. I embrace creativity as a way to connect more deeply with yourself and the world around you.
Thrive With Mindfulness is more than a coaching space — it’s a gentle invitation to live more
intentionally, more
authentically, and more
connected to what truly matters.
Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space lies our freedom and power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and freedom.
Viktor Frankl
This is for you if …
- You crave more connection — to yourself, to others, and to the natural world.
- You might come for English, mindfulness, or a quiet moment in the garden — but what you’re really looking for is something deeper. A place to feel at ease. A space to grow. A rhythm that feels more like your own.
- Many of the people who find their way here are:
– Expat professionals who long for community
– Locals curious to speak more freely in English without judgment
– Individuals who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to begin
– Creative souls who feel more like themselves in nature
– People who are sensitive, thoughtful, and ready to engage more intentionally with life - You don’t need any experience with mindfulness or fluent English. Just a willingness to show up as you are and try something new.
